myWSU Access to Schedule Builder applications

The Access and Training page has information about how to gain myWSU scheduler access and the training required to gain that access.

Self-Help

Schedule Builder refers set of applications within myWSU used to process changes to the Schedule of Classes. Academic schedulers also use 25Live, a separate web-application used to display available rooms and the university space calendar.

The main applications

Access to Schedule Builder applications: Access and Training page.

25Live Pro

25Live is used to schedule exams, request space for credit- and non-credit-bearing events, and to schedule video conference spaces. Each campus has an instance of 25Live and anyone with a Network ID (NID) has access to 25Live as a requestor. Spaces are approved by the Campus Event Scheduler or Department Approver.

Term Code Overview

The term code is a 4-digit code for the term description.

The term code is determined by the year of the term plus a term identifier. The year is described in the first three digits by removing the second digit. Terms in the 2000s lose the "0" and those in the 1900s lose the "9".

Term Identifier

  • Spring: 3

  • Summer: 5

  • Fall: 7

  • Winter term is part of Fall and uses the same Term Code.

Example Term Codes

Term Year (remove the 2nd digit) plus the term identifier

  • Fall 2021: 2021 - 2nd digit (0) = 221 + identifier (7) = 2217

  • Spring 2022: 2022 - 2nd digit (0) = 222 + identifier (3) = 2223

  • Summer 2023: 2023 - 2nd digit (0) = 223 + identifier (5) = 2225

  • Fall 1982: 1982 - 2nd digit (9) = 182 + identifier (7) = 1827
